Sharon brings over 20 years of professional experience in operations, with the past decade focused on helping mission-driven organizations bring order to chaos. She founded Streamline IQ in the Washington, DC Metro Area to partner with organizations doing meaningful work that need better systems, structure, and support behind the scenes.

Known for her strategic insight, collaborative approach, and ability to turn messy operations into manageable systems, Sharon helps fundraising teams stay focused on what they do best: building relationships and driving impact. She continues to work closely with many DC-area nonprofits and supports organizations nationwide.

Sharon specializes in:

Outside of work, Sharon now lives in Florida with her husband, three kids, and three rescued pit bulls. She enjoys cooking, tackling DIY projects, and traveling in her family RV, her favorite way to mix comfort with a sense of adventure.
